The 2017 China machinery industry science and Technology Award Presentation Conference was held in Ji'nan in November 14th. The conference commended the winning unit of China machinery industry science and Technology Award in 2017.
The project of "Intelligent Control System of All-Interconnected Gravure Printer Based on Googoltech Gigabit Network Drive and Control Integration" completed by Googoltech and 渭南科赛 won the first prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, which is the second prize of this prize after Googoltech won the China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award in 2016.
The project breaks through the bottleneck of the separate control system of the traditional electronic gravure printer, integrates the motion control system, the color register control system and the tension system, reduces the physical connection, and simplifies the field installation and maintenance of the equipment. The gLink-II (Real-time Synchronous Industrial Ethernet) communication protocol based on the independent intellectual property rights of Googletech adopts ring redundant topology structure to realize data redundancy and link redundancy, which ensures the high-speed real-time response and large data transmission of the system and improves the communication reliability of the system. The system can also connect the color label sensor of the customer, which greatly improves the recognition ability and accuracy of color matching detection. The project is tailored for gravure press, with stable performance, reliability and compact structure.
In 2017, China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award was awarded 3 special prizes, 46 first prizes, 132 second prizes and 217 third prizes.
